He most recently served as a managing director for Russell Reynolds Associates in its New York headquarters and Connecticut office. Prior, Alan was with The Coca-Cola Company in senior general management positions at country, division, and regional levels in Europe and Eurasia. Before that, he was with The J.M. Smucker Company, where he served as managing director of a European subsidiary, director of greater Europe business development, and group marketing manager. Alan began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in brand management in the company’s Food, Beverage, and Beauty Care Divisions. Previously, Alan served in the U.S. Army as a general’s aide and in several command assignments with combat armor units stationed in the U.S. and overseas. He has lived and worked in Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, and Turkey, and has traveled extensively throughout Greater Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Alan received his BS degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York.
