Beth is a Practice Coordinator in the firm’s Industrial and Consumer Markets and Enterprises practices. Specializing in the end-to-end execution of search assignments and preparation of strategic business development initiatives, she is an operational driver for both practices. Beth excels at ensuring adherence to deadlines while keeping the client and candidate experience as her central focus.
Experience and Expertise
Beth joined RSR Partners in 2021, bringing extensive cross-functional and placement experience. Her background includes a tenure at a management consulting firm where she assisted with consultant placement for Fortune 100 accounts. Her deep, diverse industry knowledge spans executive search, high-growth start-ups, consumer products, medical devices, marketing, finance, and construction, with a concentration on supporting sales teams.
Outside of RSR Partners
Beth earned her BS in General Dietetics from the University of New Haven and her MS in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University. She lives with her son on the Connecticut shoreline. She enjoys baking, staying active, and traveling.
