Practice and Client Services

Role at RSR Partners

Jill specializes in Practice and Client Services at RSR. She ensures seamless communication and service delivery to clients and is responsible for the development and execution of practice-specific initiatives, such as business development, marketing, and operations. Additionally, Jill coordinates with internal teams regarding various assignments to recruit board directors as well as executives across the C-Suite, including CEOs, CHROs, CMOs, COOs, and CFOs.

Experience and Expertise 

Jill joined RSR in 2011 and has collaborated on assignments across a large array of businesses, from Fortune 50 to mid-cap and small-cap companies, pre-IPO and private, and family-owned enterprises. Jill participates in both board and executive searches as well as corporate governance assignments across industries including consumer goods, packaged foods, healthcare, education, not-for-profit, private equity, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, oil and gas, and specialty chemicals. 

Prior to joining RSR Partners, Jill was in the health and fitness industry where she was focused on operations and customer service and retention.

Outside RSR Partners

Jill received her bachelor’s degree from Lewis University. Originally from Chicago, Jill lives with her daughter in South Carolina. She loves the outdoors, is active in animal rescue and volunteering in the community, and practices martial arts.
