Role at RSR Partners

Kimberly leads the firm’s Marketing and Digital practice. She specializes in recruiting across all C-Suite level positions in the AdTech, MarTech, Digital, and Marketing industries at start-ups, privately held, and public organizations. Her depth of knowledge and collaborative approach make her an ideal partner for clients looking to build their teams. Kimberly’s industry experience as an operator allows her to fully understand her clients’ business priorities and offer insightful assessments of executive talent. Kimberly is also a member of the firm’s Consumer Goods and Services, Human Capital, and Marketing Officers practices.

Experience and Expertise 

Kimberly most recently was the Digital Practice Operations Leader at Buffkin / Baker. She additionally held other positions at executive recruiting firms specializing in the retail, fashion, and financial services sectors, assisting clients such as Microsoft, Ascena Group, Gilt Groupe/Hudson’s Bay Company, Tumi, and Estee Lauder with their talent acquisition efforts. Prior to entering the world of recruiting, Kimberly was an executive in the fashion industry, including serving in the role of Vice President of Global Merchandising at Armani Exchange. She started her career in the Macy’s Buying Program and later led the marketing and merchandising teams within the non-beauty business at Avon.

Kimberly was born and raised in the town of Weston, Connecticut. She attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Kimberly and her husband currently live in Armonk, New York with their two children.
