She joined RSR Partners in 2017 following RSR’s acquisition of Higdon Partners, where she previously spent over 30 years in executive search focused on the asset management industry. Maryann has recruited board members, chief investment officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, as well as heads and members of both traditional and alternative investment teams including portfolio managers, asset allocation and strategy specialists, client portfolio managers, and research analysts. She has also recruited leaders and team members of non-investment functional areas including sales, and marketing, risk management, and finance for a wide variety of investment organizations. She spent her earlier years overseeing the recruiting function in sales and trading at Bankers Trust Company in New York.
