We have identified traits that are required for leaders to handle what’s next and to be successful be successful in the “New Normal.” We derived this from observing organizations that experienced an existential threat, and then navigated through it successfully (conversely, we also scrutinized those that did not survive). We can quickly assess, identify, and recruit leaders with these characteristics.
