GREENWICH, Conn. — RSR Partners, an executive search and leadership consulting firm, announced today the launch of its newly expanded Board Advisory Practice to help its clients enhance their performance through good governance. Under the leadership of Greg Lau, the practice will offer public, private, and non-profit boards of directors a fully integrated suite of corporate governance advisory services. Lau, former executive director of global compensation and corporate governance for General Motors and an honoree of this year’s NACD Directorship 100, brings more than 30 years of experience working with chairmen, chief executive officers, and nominating and governance committees.
By partnering with other members of the firm steeped in boardroom advisory experience, the practice will offer a host of advisory services for companies worldwide, including: director compensation; on-boarding processes for new directors; board and chief executive officer succession planning; corporate governance guidelines; board committee charters and structures; board self and peer evaluations; and board effectiveness consultations.
