Role at RSR Partners
Lindsay serves as Chief Operating Officer at the firm. In this capacity, she oversees human resources, administration, operations, technology, marketing and business development, and communications. She leads the execution of strategies developed by the firm’s senior leadership team and supports the firm’s managing directors in their efforts to win new business and develop client relationships. Additionally, Lindsay provides a forum and mechanism for employees to exchange ideas on how to be more effective and efficient in their respective roles and with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Lindsay also advises clients on executive search and board recruiting assignments, in collaboration with the Asset Management, Marketing & Digital, and Family-Owned and Family Office practices.
Experience and Expertise
Prior to joining RSR Partners, she served as a trusted advisor to the Strategic Client Committee at Latham & Watkins, one of the world’s highest-grossing law firms, regarding client relationship management and the potential to institutionalize and grow the firm’s client base in desired markets. In addition to Latham & Watkins, Lindsay held marketing and business development positions at global law firms Shearman & Sterling and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Lindsay began her career in public relations and B2B marketing roles, and, after earning her JD, worked at Merrill Lynch before moving into legal marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience in account management, business development, communications, and marketing.
Outside RSR Partners
Lindsay earned her JD from Syracuse University College of Law and her BA from Hamilton College. She serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Americas Council and on the Membership Committee of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). Lindsay lives with her husband, three children, and a golden retriever in Greenwich, CT. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing sports with her family.
