Melissa Durden

Melissa leads the research capabilities for the firm's Board Recruiting practice, working on nearly all board of director searches for the firm.

She has executed board searches and governance-based consulting engagements for more than 25 years. Melissa has completed over 250 assignments in a vast array of industries, from Fortune 10 to mid-cap and small-cap companies to pre-IPO and private, family-owned enterprises. She has assisted in the build-out of entire boards, comprehensive board composition gap analyses, and board compensation studies. She helps clients achieve their goal of attracting additive expertise to their boards, whether it be diversity, sales and marketing, digital, operations, distribution, product development, compensation committee experience, or qualified financial expertise. In addition, Melissa has contributed to several CEO searches for the firm.

Melissa earned a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Fairfield University. She and her husband live in Trumbull, Connecticut with their two children.
